Meet Mimi

Hi lovely, I'm Mimi ♡

My love for food started early. I trained as an apprentice chef and was honoured to win the Salute to Excellence Cookery Award for QLD. During that time, I had the opportunity to learn from some incredibly talented chefs, cook some amazing food and even cook alongside Matt Golinski, one of Australia's most loved celebrity chefs.

Life eventually led me into a career in IT, but my passion for baking never faded. As someone who is gluten free, I know how hard it can be to find desserts that you can trust and actually feel like a treat.

That's why I'm back in the kitchen, to create something special for people like me who deserve cookies that are both safe and seriously delicious.

Because no one should ever have to miss out on dessert! Especially cookies! ✨
