Shipping / Pickup / Local Delivery Information
Orders are baked fresh weekly in small batches.
- Shipping: Orders are dispatched every Monday via Australia Post Express. Delivery times vary by location and carrier processing times. Tracking provided where available.
- Pickup: Available Saturdays from Mount Louisa, Townsville. Address and collection details will be provided via email/SMS the day before pickup.
- Local Delivery: Available Saturdays to selected Townsville postcodes.

Additional Shipping Information
Delivery Responsibility: While we take great care in packaging your order securely, we cannot guarantee the condition in which it arrives once handled by the shipping carrier. Transit conditions are outside of our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact mimisgfcookies@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo, and we will endeavour to make things right.
